        On our way back from a trip to the Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies we fancied a stop off for Sunday lunch on our way back to Carlisle. Found this place on google and it most certainly did not disappoint. Situated just a mile off the M74. The food and service was amazing, All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. To start we tried the haggis Bon bons and they were fabulous, the roast beef dinner ooh 4 slices of roast beef, lovely mashed potatoes, tasty roast potatoes and lovely cooked carrots cauliflower and broccoli , delicious. Finished off with the delicious apple and custard pie. We all Highly recommend and would go again when passing. Thank you to the staff from us all.

        As previously posted, this has become our 'go to' venue for our occasional Sunday lunches. The food is always excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic. We readily recommend it to others we know, and here.
