Counter staff are always polite & helpful. Far better than some of the abrupt staff Ive come across in the East Kilbride office when picking up a package.

Typical royal mail. Instead of actually reading their instructions and leaving my mail in a safe place, they took it back to depot about 30 minutes away for me to collect. Will be cancelling all orders in future if its royal mail delivering them!

Never receive mail on time its usually weeks late because they only show up a few times a week complaining is no help absolute joke.
