Happy Feet Nursery & Out of School Club

Moved our daughter to Happy Feet over a year ago now due to moving house. Couldnt have asked for a better transition. The staff are fantastic and take the time to make sure all needs are met and my daughter loves it there. The nursery facilities themselves are great and the addition of forest school blocks for all kids just tops it off.

Really disappointing across a number of areas. Not enough coat hooks so everything gets dumped in a pile and then we wonder why everything gets lost. Staff have been mixing up kids with the same first name mix up first name resulting in more lost stuff. The losing of things has been a headache for weeks and we've only just realised the school was not to blame. Most of it was lost at happy feet! The staff don't come down the stairs so you have to shout up at them. All the kids have to make that one on their own for the most part. Kids that are injured don't get any extra support or help getting up that huge flight of stairs. Poor show! Badly organised and it seems they encourage the kids to play computer games the whole time. I'm so disappointed with all the disorganisation, the loosing things, the lack of help putting jackets on and the stories my daughter tells that I've decided to pull her out. Better no after school class than a bad one. When big bird went bust we lost something really good...

Racist nursery which supports the views of racist staff. Not a suitable learning environment for children.
