Avoid Avoid Avoid this company are awful once they get your money thats you finished To start our 3000 plus 3 peice suite was 20 weeks late on delivery we tried to change the suite but they would not allow us to do this there Director said he would just cancel our order and give us half our deposit back so decided just to keep the order going eventually the goods arrived all in perfect condition and pleased but after a year a the charger for the battery pack on the recliner seat gave so I emailed Nelsons to tell them the problem I was told it was out off warranty I said it has a 2 year warranty because the director told us it had a 2 year warranty the answer was it only has a one year warranty so was lied to for Nelsonss to get a 3000 sale this is my first ever purchase from Nelsons and it will be my last I was told because the Director doesnt work there anymore I dont have a 2 year warranty I need to take it up with him? Definitely never recommend Nelsons of Larkhall I was just about to order a leather swivel chair but definitely not now. If could give no Stars I definitely do that because they of my experience with nelsons Services: Couches/sofas, Furniture repairs

On agreeing on Thursday to buy a suite from the shopfloor, the delivery was made on time the following Monday just as agreed. During our discussions I found the staff to be knowledgeable and the handling of our order was first rate. At point of delivery the two men knew just how to achieve entrance with a large three seater, both units being wrapped and packed with foam in the van for transit. The quality of the suite purchased, and the service that we found throughout our transaction was very pleasing, and I would have no hesitation to recommend this long standing company.

Only gave one star as there is no zero! Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. Purchased sofa and recliners. Ordered in march. Nelson's were great by allowing us to have a loan sofa while waiting on delivery. Upon delivery everything seemed fine. Delivery guys chatted away. Left saying we had 3 days to check goods over. Noticed that one side of the sofa seemed loose / not clicked into place correctly. Call Nelson's to ask if they could return and take a look. Hit with nothing but abuse. Talking over us. Rude. Terrible way to treat customers. Told they would return and take the sofa back and return our cash. We told them this IS NOT what we wanted. Just double check it. Delivery guys arrived back and removed everything. We were absolutely in shock. One of the delivery guys claimed we'd given him a hard time when he delivered the goods. Totally untrue. We had been laughing and joking and this is seen on our CCTV cameras. Please, if you are looking for a new sofa/chair, please avoid this local business. Still can't believe we have nothing to sit on and any other shops are now a 20+ week wait. One of our household is currently on the transplant waiting list. The company were advised but still did not show one shred of empathy. Utterly shocked and disappointed.

Nelson Leather Furniture are a long-standing Larkhall business & I have been a customer there for many years. Just had my new suite delivered & very happy with it. No pressure sale, excellent service, and a fair price - would definitely use again. Be aware though that given the current situation delivery times can be lengthy, but plan ahead and you wont go wrong. Many Thanks Gary, Charlie & James. Service: Couches/sofas
