I just thought I would send you an email to tell you what a fantastic experience I have had with my window and door purchase and installation. From the survey and cost from jim, the showroom to look at the doors to the installation. I must say that the 2 fitters are a total credit to your company. They were so professional in every aspect of their workmanship and took total pride by in their work, it was a total pleasure. Once again thank you for a fantastic job I will have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to family and friends.

Recently got in touch with Robbie from Clyde windows & construction just before Christmas 2022 and his service was impeccable from start to finish! We needed new doors on our conservatory & he got us hooked up and booked in within a few weeks of getting in touch with him. From the guys coming to measure, to the guys who installed, everything was sleek & done to perfection! Could not thank the team enough for giving our conservatory a new lease of life (as we had such a draft coming in from the old hacket doors we had). Wouldnt go anywhere else now, thanks so so much - were over the moon!

We contracted Clyde Windows and Construction to build our Sun/Garden room after a good experience when they fitted a new front door for us in 2021. This is a company which seem to have "customer care" at the core of their business ethos. Their employees were pleasant and respectful of the fact they were working on our property. They also demonstrated a healthy work ethic and eye for detail. I think it is a telling indicator of the quality of Clyde Windows and Construction, as a company, that their employees all seemed to take a pride in the reputation of the company, and they all appeared to like working for them. A supply only job! Had so many problems with this company! Lots of damage done to pvc and glass on arrival! Asked for Windows with brass pattern received lead instead! Asked for pattern to be between the glass, twice.. and still not received! French doors damaged and opening the wrong way! What more can I say. Replaced almost everything, but refused to compensate in any way. Would definitely not recommend this company

Jim from Clyde Windows came to advise and quote on my french doors which I worriedly thought might have to be replaced. I am an elderly widow and was concerned about 'sales patter' . However I needn't have worried, there was no pushy sales talk just good, honest, knowledgeable advice on having them repaired as there was not much wrong with them. I got a call from Ross at their office who was professional and friendly and arranged for Neil to come and repair my doors, which he duly did today at an excellent price. What a first class job Neil did ! Nothing was too much trouble and my doors are now perfect. He even did a wee extra job for me spraying the hinges on my front door which was squeaking. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They deserve more than five stars. Thanks to everyone involved.
