        I like to shop local and have found the Karcher centre to offer great service. The shop is well stocked and when I had a small issue with my cleaner the problem was sorted right away. Would recommend.

        Contacted LPC for advice due to an acute problem with my Karcher K5. Stupidly had tried to use the machine without water coming into it from the tap. Thought I would have to take it in to check things but I was given simple clear advice to try a few things on my own. Problem solved. Saved a lot of time and hassle . Many thanks. I have used LPC before and will certainly use again if the need arises. Great that a company is not simply chasing the money and are happy to help the customer.
