First time purchase and was very nervous we wouldn't get a good quality spa as we didn't know a lot about them. Martin was so knowledgeable and the quality of the "Artic Spas" is second to none. Really sturdy and easy to use. We weren't sure how often we would use the spa but there isn't a week that goes by that we don't use it. Our Best Buy and so glad we took the plunge.

From the very first time we went to enquire about purchasing a hot tub we were impressed by the knowledge Martin had whilst talking us through all types of their hot tubs. There was no pressure into purchasing from them but we wanted a quality hot tub that would last us for years and a local contact who we could contact with any questions. We were kept up to date on a regular basis with regard to delivery date. Prior to delivery Martin put me in touch with an electrician and landscaper who could prepare our garden for our hot tub. On day of deliver both Martin and his wife Claire helped to instal our hot tub and stayed until it was almost full of water and explained all chemicals needed to ensure water was kept to correct level as well as leaving us with various chemicals free of charge. We have contacted Martin on numerous ocassions with questions and he has always replied promptly even popping out to check our hot tub. We cannot recommend this company enough for quality of hot tubs and customer service. Well done Martin and Claire, so glad we purchased from you- Karen and William McConnell
