        Super taxi service, I highly recommend. Even got my 6 foot bike in the boot without advanced booking. Thank you

        Booked a taxi 12 hours in advance. The woman that answered said she'd pick us up personally. Taxi never turned up. When we tried to call to ask what had happened we only had a recorded message informing us that they could not answer our call. Absolutely useless service. We were left abandoned with no way to get home. We are now left to wander the streets until the first train in the morning. 9 hours in the freezing cold. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE.

        Seemed friendly when phoning them up and said they would pick up within 20mins. However we waited for over half an hour in the cold and rain for nothing. No communication as we had tried to ring to see their whereabouts and no response whatsoever, what a waste. Would've been quicker to walk.
