Hutton Park Care Home

Terrible care home. If your face fits then you'll be fine. Certain members of staff are treated badly and used as scapegoats. Whole place is a joke.

A lovely atmosphere for residents, staff are welcoming, caring and there many activities for residents. My Aunt has really settled in and feels at home. I always feel welcomed when I go to visit and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

I've had a close friend in Hutton Park for the past couple of years and I'm delighted with how well he is looked after. Each time I go in he is always well dressed, clean and tidy (as are all the residents) and it is clear that care has been taken to help him and the other residents to look their best. The staff are always very attentive. Hutton Park is bright and has lovely grounds which are constantly being developed for the benefit of the residents. There is a super wee kitchen area where visitors can go and make tea and coffee which I always make use of when I'm there! There is a donation tin in the kitchen where you can leave a contribution to the supply of tea, coffee biscuits etc which is great. There's always plenty going on when I pop in and I've sang along on more than one occasion when there has been a sing-a-long in the afternoon. The residents seem very happy and they are well cared for and my friend is very settled there.

My sister has been in Hutton Park Care Home for 3 years now. I visit her twice a week and it never fails to amaze me how kind and caring the staff are. I feel that they are like family to me and their care towards my sister is exemplary. They have the most glorious surroundings to live in and all the comforts they need. I am delighted with the overall package and would not hesitate to recommend Hutton Park Care Home to anyone looking for high standard care for their relatives.
