Slater Hogg proved to be unequipped to sell houses and showed their lack of experience and professionalism from the very start when their proposed 'photographs' turned out to look like random holiday snaps with absolutely no eye for attracting buyers. Their property 'narrative' was also apparently written by a semi-literate intern. Subsequent experience going forward with the 'offers' scenario actually got worse when they seemed to want to pressurise the seller to accept a below-market value offer. Since moving to the much more professional and capable Corum agents, the property sold within weeks for 45k more than the offer Slater Hogg tried to strong-arm the seller into accepting. This was a 20% increase. Avoid Slater Hogg. Rude, unprofessional and incapable as are their owning company Countrywide.
