Last minute time away, location wise superb, small park 200 metres north up the coast and excellent views north and south. Converted home and is home away from home and 60 a night doesn't break the bank. It's clean and cosy, me and my young daughter loved it. She was super excited about getting away and enjoyed our stay. The owners make their own Jam and honey served at breakfast and be purchased. Reminds me of a B&B I stayed in Scarborough, happy memories Rooms: Comfy, warm and cosy, none of that stuffy nose that you get from a hotel. Shoes off at the front door, definitely see the owners point of view. Just like home

Right on Largs esplanade. Fantastic views. Room clean, tidy, very comfortable and recently redecorated. Very helpful and friendly housekeeper. Will definitely come back again. 5 minute walk into town. Food & drinks: No food here but only 5 minutes walk to plenty of places to eat and drink.
