        Ordered a taxi one week prior to the booking from the Falkirk football stadium after the killers to Stirling. The taxi was ordered for 10:30pm and was confirmed a week before the concert and we phoned on the day of the concert to double check it was still ok and we were assured that our booking was fine and someone would be there to pick us up. At 10:30pm we phone the company to ask where to meet the taxi driver and they said they had cancelled the booking and put him on other runs. They then said they couldnt send another taxi for an hour and repeatedly hung up the phone when we said that wasnt good enough. They are a shocking, unreliable company that I would recommend everyone to avoid - there are plenty other companys in the area.
