Phone enquiry today re a place for my Dad and all they asked about was how his place was going to be funded. We are at the very early stages of looking for permanent care so dont actually know any of this information. We wanted to visit to see what kind of facilities they have and get a feel for the place and staff and this has totally put me off. This isnt a reflection on the staff at the home as I think my call was answered at a National office but definitely not the response I was looking for. Quite upsetting actually.
