        Arrived for an arranged appointment just to wait in the driveway for 45 minutes and have my phone calls ignored. Disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.

        Have been visiting over a few months now to remedy some issues that have emerged over the last couple of years (probably not moving enough when working from home I guess). Friendly and effective service, I now have techniques to manage the issues erupting again. PS if Eleri doesn't hear the phone, just ring the doorbell!
