        I notice on your reviews that comments are made about drivers being rude, I have had the very opposite from drivers, I get a 1ton pallet delivered every 5 -6 weeks, the location for the delivery is not the easiest entry, all drivers have done a great job and good driving skills to deliver the pallet, even helping with handbolling the load, Only problem we have ever had was with an agencies driver, and another company's driver who refused to drive in the gate and dumped the load outside on the roadside, I can't comment on other customers experience, But I've always had a good experience with drivers and office staff (Lisa)

        The delivery driver was very unprofessional and rude. When unloading the pallet he was swearing, it was quite loud as I could clearly hear it from 20+ meters away. The pallet was then subsequently unloaded on our driveway partially blocking the entrance and the driver then walked off clearly trying to ignore me and shouted "kerb side delivery". Sent an email of complaint but received no response. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
