As a SME charity without a HR department we approached Flying Colours HR to carry out a full audit of our HR policies and procedures to ensure that they were in line with our strategy and met employment law standards. We were really impressed by how fast they were able to pull this together. The reports and recommendations were really insightful and specific to our sector. Jenny was really friendly and professional and highlighted areas for high priority. Would highly recommend! We'll certainly use the company again in the future.

Following a number of unsuccessful job applications I decided to research the benefits of using a professional HR organization. I chose Flying Colours HR as they seemed to provide the services I was looking for. A quick telephone call with Jenny convinced me that using a professional HR company was certainly the way forward. She explained just how competitive the job market is and that only the best and most relevant CV applications will stand out. I sent my current CV along with some additional information that Jenny requested by email and soon had my newly composed CV ready to start applying for jobs.
