We moved into our home in late 2018. The after sales department in Larbert have been very poor from the start; not responding to emails and generally not interested in any issues. They were uncontactable by phone for around 12 months. One of the rooms in the house was not insulated properly, which after a very long delay Springfield fixed. During these works, it was uncovered that there was a large amount of mould in the loft, which was spreading consistently. Springfield were contacted about this; two and a half months down the line we have had nothing other than replies mentioning work at some unnamed future date. Not in the habit of leaving reviews, but they have been especially disappointing. This experience has left us with very little confidence in Springfield, and we are intending to raise the dispute with the NHBC.

All the rendering is beginning to fall off our four-year-old Springfield home. Had a surveyor from NHBC in whose report castigated them for applying the material wrongly. Now waiting (waiting waiting) for Springfield to sort it out, with their customer service people not bothering to respond to emails. Buyer beware where Springfield are concerned.
