Left my elderly parents without promised delivery

I spoke to a couple of people on the phone and although it was a wee wait to get through they were both lovely when I spoke to them. And the driver was just lovely as I was a bit stressed about the delivery due to the issues with fuel supplies. Very impressed and will happily use again. I did wait a couple of weeks for my order but as I ordered in plenty of time thats not an issue, do think people who complain about late delivery are often angry with themselves for leaving things so late and take it out on the delivery company sadly.

Got my first delivery of heating oil from Scottish Fuels this morning. My first time buying from them. I usually use two other suppliers but Scottish Fuels price was better this time. Delivery was quick, without paying a premium for an express service. Their delivery driver deserves praise for his professionalism and friendly manner. He was courteous, upbeat and smiling when we talked. Its a little thing that makes a big difference.

Wasted 20 minutes on hold @ 65p a minute - only to be told they couldnt give me a quote for oil. Complete waste of time and money.
