        Gave me less than 24 hours notice to cancel my booking. Lied about the reason for cancelling. Won't respond to messages. Disgusting way to treat paying customers. We had a slight accident last time we went to Harrow lodge which I was completely honest about and prepared to pay to put right. Gave them a lovely review on cottages and this is how they treat me. Extremely upset children who were looking forward to going back to Harrow lodge after what has been a very difficult year for us. Not good enough.
