Go a delivery from here food was freezing. Waited 1 and a half hours phoned to complain to be told by a very rude boy "that's just the way it is and there's nothing they can do about it". What a disgrace for the money!

Come here a few days a week as I work in Costa, always clean and tidy and always welcoming. I get the same thing so they dont even need to ask what Im having which is nice to know that they remember. Very rare to get such a personal experience in most places but not here. They are all lovely but Sophie is also an amazing asset to this team. The owner Kim is always in checking on the team and always makes an effort with customers. I love our weekly chats. Another credit to the store and the kind of boss more places need!
