        Small parcel to Spain. Asked and paid for international tracked and signed. The parcel was returned to me months later- the Lanark post office had not put the correct labels including barcode on the parcel. I was told this at an alternative post office when I was resending it and asked what had happened. Awful service.

        Opens late, staff are grumpy. Tried to overcharge for postage. Pretty useless all round. Should never have privatised the PO.

        Great to have a "proper" Post Office in Lanark, very helpful staff with a sense of humour, so many PO closures or relocating into shops, I think we are very lucky to have this PO in Lanark
