They get bad reviews but not because they are lazy. They have no where near enough staff and are trying their best. If folk are to lazy to go to another chemist in Lanark that's on them, it's too easy to just get a prescription right next to the Dr's. They will do everything they can to help IF they can help. They can't pull medication out of thin air. The folk that are rude to them are unbelievable. They are super busy at the moment, it's not unknown in Lanark, give them a break and go elsewhere if you can and lighten the load. There's a reason other chemist's are quicker and better stocked, they are not as busy!!

Minus 10* is being generous. Takes 5 working days before your script is ready, but this was not the experience in my case on a number of occasions. Took the script off them and went to Boot's Pharmacy,who in less than 15 min,made up and dispensed the numerous items. Advise, use Boot's (very well stocked and professional service provider)and not this chaotic chemist dispensary.

Helpfull and efficient staff. Always excellent service , even when they under pressure due to situations outwith their control.

Have been waiting 7 days to get balance of tablets on prescription. Keep getting told its in the boxes and we are working hard .Not acceptable.
