    I started working with Conor six months ago and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Conor is knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and truly cares about helping me reach my fitness goals. Conor took the time to get to know me and understand my fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations before creating a customized workout plan. He is constantly adjusting the plan based on my progress and provides encouragement and motivation to keep me on track. Conor is also a fantastic communicator and makes sure I understand each exercise and the proper form to reduce the risk of injury. I highly recommend Conor to anyone looking to get in shape and improve their overall health. He is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I can already see significant improvements in my fitness and well-being and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Conors help.

    My experience with online coaching with Conor has been incredible. I have been on my own fitness journey for a couple of years but needed a bit of extra help getting to that next level and Conor has assisted me in getting to that next level. Conors knowledge in fitness, nutrition and self development are second to none and he has helped me put in place a routine that has had so much positive impacts on my life physically and mentally. Conor gives you the extra accountability and gives you unlimited support throughout your journey with him. I will be forever grateful for the positive impact conor has had on my life.

    Before starting with Conor, I hadnt been in the gym since before the pandemic. I wasnt great at motivating myself to go and wasnt very focused when there. Conor has build up my confidence in the gym and I now looking forward to my sessions with him. He is very flexible in terms of appointments, which is great around full-time working. He has a wealth of knowledge relating to technique and had make me realise the important of technique in the gym. Conor is very approachable and considerate but challenges me each time I am training with him. I would thoroughly recommend Conor to anyone, from beginner to advanced, who wants to train with him.

    Connor is an excellent Personal Trainer, catered my plan to my needs and requirements which is important. Connor is very knowledgeable in the field of health and fitness and has vast experience. Not only will Connor show you the best form, techniques and plans, he can exain to you the reason why it's done in a certain way and the science to why! which is just as important. Connor offers excellent services, I found Connor to be the same polite person whether it be 6 am or 9pm. He is always on hand to help if you have any questions. Connor keeps you motivated on your goals, as everyone knows, it can be hard some times, but you will find Connor will be their pushing you that little bit further, motivating you to reach your targets. My personal development has been excellent. My initial 10 session/week block. I managed to drop approx 9lb. Whilst achieving personal best in most exercises.

    I started PT with Conor in January and it has been the best choice. Conor has helped guide my nutrition, build my confidence in the gym and more importantly helped to improve my health. I've lost weight, gained muscle and feel fitter. I have a serious knee problem which stops me from being able to use some of the gym equipment but it has never been a problem for Conor. I always look forward to my next session.
