John was absolutely fantastic at his job from start to finish. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and helped me with all the paperwork I didnt have a clue how to complete. He was also very honest and gave good advice on other matters that have turned out to work in my favour. Most importantly, he got me a great deal which is a huge benefit considering the economy right now. John McIlvaney is very thorough - he finds out the general requirements of what is needed for the mortgage, then finds available options and then discusses the pro's and con's of each. At the end of the discussion he provides a recommendation. A very professional approach.
