It took Richard 2 years & 6 months to engrave my mothers details on to the family headstone despite numerous assurances it would be done the following week each time there was communication. I was Invoiced in February 2023 for the work with follow up texts & an email on 19th April. I did not respond until I received a text today (20th) thrremove the Headstone if not paid by 30thApril & that I would be responsible for any damage during removal.Be careful doing any business with this man.(the Invoice will be paid on 30 April 2023).. He has since replied to the aforementioned Review trying to deflect the issue towards Financial Hardship on my part & ignoring all the above.This is nothing to do with my Financial position, but to do with the heartache to me & the rest of my Mothers family caused by his unprofessional approach & incompetence in getting the Inscription done..Again be aware in dealings with this person

Richard done a great job for my Grans headstone. He was professional and kind. The work was also carried out much quicker than the estimated timescale. First class service!

Took months to carry out work which was then done incorrectly. Wrong date and wrong flower added. Said would fix it and months later not fixed and not answering emails. Total disrespect for relatives.
