I phoned the garage and the receptionist flippantly told me they have to come on at some point. She hesitantly booked me in for a follow up but attempted to charge me for it.
They took it back in and then tried to pull the wool over my eyes by giving me bogus error codes and saying I would need to take it somewhere else. Clearly they didnt think I would do a simple Google check - the codes were related to the AdBlue tank - which my car does not even have! I also noticed they had scanned an Audi A4 to get these codes - not even my car.
I followed up again and they agreed to send the real codes over - shocker, it was the steering angle sensor! In other words directly related to the wheel alignment they had done. They are still refusing to fix it.
The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive - horrible customer service. This coupled with the blatant duplicitous action of trying to send me bogus diagnostic codes is just shocking behaviour.
Theres a chance youll have a decent experience with this garage but just bear in mind that if anything does go wrong they will absolutely not take any responsibility and youll be left arguing with a nasty receptionist over and over again.
I will never use again.
