        Lovely helpful caring staff. They managed to get me an appointment to have bloods taken on the run up to Christmas. Thank you very much.

        What a wonderful service. I called this morning to make an appointment with the treatment room. The call was answered within 2 rings, the lady I spoke to was friendly, helpful and warm. I was offered an appointment same day and explained that as I'm immobile could my husband come in too. I was told it was no problem and he could borrow a wheelchair. When I got there I saw a really friendly and knowledgeable nurse who put me at ease instantly. What a great experience from start to finish! I've got an appointment to return next week and I can't rate the team here highly enough.

        Called this morning for an appointment and received a quick response to my call and was given very good response from the receptionist who arranged a mutually suitable day and time for my blood tests. Thanks-good to get nice helpful friendly service
