1st time at this Salon. Having moved from another town , I am pleased to have found my go to salon and after my Mother saw my hair - saying it was the nicest it has looked in a looooong time (thanks mum, ever honest) She also made a booking. The girls made me feel welcome and I had a chat with Cara before we started. I really feel she listened to what I wanted and advised me well. The result - I Love my new hair style. Mum likes hers as well ! Highly recommended, but please don't take all of the appointments!

My daughter had an appointment here and the service was terrible we arrived 5 minutes early and were told to come back in half an hour later we came back and they were still working on another client 10 minutes later and they were finally ready. my daughter is 10 and has long hair and it has rarely been cut. She had a photo of the hair style she wanted and the lady completely put my daughter off it by saying she cant get it to look like that this put my daughter off because she has rarely had her hair cut. she then proceed to only straighten her hair then cut about an 1 inch or 2 off and that's it no hair washing to blow dry nothing. We were then charged 16 pounds for something I could easily do in the house. It's fair to say that I won't be back! Service: Hairstyling
