Was recommended to call this company after our heating started slowing down and boiler lost pressure. Agreed a time to come which he did and had a quick look and left. Charging 35 for the pleasure by the way. My partner was told he would contact me regarding a quote and what needs to be done. When I finished work I tried to make contact with all my messages being read and no reply. My time for finding somebody else had been wasted. If you dont want a job just say sorry I cant do it or I dont want to do it. Its not a problem I just dont want to be left waiting and wondering in the freezing cold. So very disappointed with the service.

CRS Plumbing is a friendly family business that responded quickly to my enquiry, they repaired indoor pipes as well as an outside boiler. The engineer was professional and completed the work to a very high standard. The engineer also gave free advice on how to prevent any damage in the future. CRS didn't charge an arm and a leg, they were competitively priced and I think it would be difficult to find better value elsewhere. 5 stars given for responsiveness, excellence and value.

Fantastic service once again from CRS Plumbing & Heating Renewables Ltd. This is the third time we have used them. After calling engineer at 5pm he was out within the hour, new part ordered for boiler and fitted the very next morning. Would definitely recommend them. Five star service.
