        Got a bouquet for parents diamond wedding anniversary, flowers were lovely, however the roses were all discoloured the following morning, i advised shop and with a few hours a replacement bouquet was delivered, service was excellent. Always had beautiful arrangements from Flowers of Scotland.

        Ordered flowers through interflora for my wife and myselves anniversary very poor quality flowers of which they were few would not recommend. Sent photo to interflora same day and got a reply saying not the quality they expected and gave me a full refund

        I ordered a dozen roses for my wife - 57. Delivered on Friday, all 12 of the flowers were dead on the Sunday. I contacted both Flowers of Scotland and Interflora, and didnt even receive a response. Terrible flowers, and customer service to match. Never again.
