I own BlackVue 750 and the quality is the poorest Ive ever meet in my life. Catch an incident yesterday and told the man I can help, but after seen the video, I didnt contact the person as Im ashamed about the video quality. I have another dash am in my van which is a Garmin 55. Bought it 5 years ago and the video quality is far superior I DO NOT RECOMMEND BLACKVUE!!!!!!

Very happy with Blackvue for replacing my dashcam free of charge. Despite them saying the damage was not covered by warranty, I explained that I had only had the camera for a couple of months, so after I sent it back, they sent me a new one as a gesture of goodwill. Very good customer service there; it's a pity the same can't be said about H******s, where I bought it from.

BlackVue is definitely the leading manufacturer of high quality dashcams but the customer service and warranty is no where near acceptable, at least in the UK. I used 2 high end models of the BlackVue dashcams since 5 years ago and the first model I bough worked flawlessly and still is working fine. The second most recent model I bough is a DR750X-2CH (direct from BlackVue UK website) with night vision which started rebooting itself occasionally every 2 hours or so. I contacted the customer service and they suggested turning off the battery save option an using Blackvue MicroSD card which I did but the issue was not resolved. Then after 2 weeks and about 5 phone calls they finally asked me to send the unit to them for troubleshooting which I sent it on my cost. I didn't hear anything from them for a month!!! Finally I called them twice and they said there's nothing wrong with my dash cam and returned it to me with exactly the same fault. Imagine if Samsung decided to make dashcams, I would definitely chose Samsung just because they usually have much better warranty and customer service. In summary the fact that you pay premium price for a BlackVue dashcam it doesn't guarantee that you will not suffer the same customer support as I did.
