Great at what she does, her treatments etc but I feel theres no compromise and one sided. Ive been on time for every appointment apart from this morning. I was 10 minutes late which an extra 5 minutes was added onto the time I was late by the owner. I paid for the service in full in advance and as soon as I went in and apologised for being late, I was told I was lucky it wasnt any longer than it was or she wouldnt do the treatment. I then got told I did not have enough lashes in for the treatment from the last time I was done by herself. It was an infill treatment and inbetween appointments I took unwell, which resulted in my hair shedding, eyelashes and skin problems due to my immune system. I am able to put myself in others shoes and realise her time is precious just like my own and she may not have Been able to do the treament, which is understandable. However, where I feel I was unfairly treated is there was no attempt to move the slot to another day or to check her system and try and get me booked into get a full set another time. There was no refund of any sort given also. I had another infill booked in and she just cancelled it on her system and put on a pay now lock, so I had to pay right away where that is normally used for first appointments only. As a single mum of a 4 year old, money is tight as it is, especially at Christmas time. The reason I was late was because my daughter fell down steps and banged her head. I had to deal with that first, before dropping her off to school and I took the morning off work to attend the appointment. I dont want to be spending my hard earned cash on a business that does not recognise that sometimes things like this can happen and it was the first occasion? It was very harsh. To make matters worse, the original response from owner was that I did not pay and she lost money from this appointment . Also apparently my daughter bashing her head off steps is covered under her terms and conditions so full payment is valid. After I messaged about me paying, she said she did not have time to check her system to see I did in fact pay. No apology, nothing and she had time to sit down and write her response eh? I was also told to find another business whos terms and conditions suit me best LOL. No need to tell me to find another business as I would never go back to someone who treats others as badly as this. If you want a decent, HONEST person, please avoid this place at all cost. I will try and upload the messages to show what type of person you would be choosing to spend your money on.

My first visit at Alto from the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed with a huge smile and friendly approach , Doracina made me feel very comfortable during my waxing appointment which was also pain free , will definitely be using Doracina as my new wax lady now Also love the salon its cosy and cute x Services: Body waxing, Waxing
