Save your money. I've just eaten my first meal teriyaki noodles with chicken. It was very bland and flavourless the chicken was over cooked and looked grey. I also doubt there was 900 cal as it didn't even fill me up and i don't have a very big appetite. I wish I'd only bought one now but I didn't I bought 8 and each one was over cooked and flavourless. The other reviews must be from his friends and family because none of it was good. Even the rice was hard Far to over priced for the quality, I've tasted better 2 ready meals The meals look nothing like the photos

Very rarely leave reviews for companies but after trying so many meal prep services I have finally found one worth actively writing about. Great, broad selection of meals with the right macros for me (muscle gain), packed and delivered smoothly and they actually taste home cooked and high quality. Best of all they are affordable! Have used hellofresh, greenchef, fresh fitness food, gousto and mindful chef and Gymmies has easily topped it. Thank you!
