I genuinely wouldnt recommend this place due to the exceptionally poor customer service. I had been gifted an afternoon tea gift voucher. This was a full price one not on a deal. It was incredibly difficult to redeem. Wouldnt allow me to use on Sundays / Mondays despite being valid 7 days. Couldnt book in for Mothers Day weekend as it was a voucher despite full priced.Fionas customer service was incredibly rude. I eventually had to report them to trading standards in Ayr. South Ayrshire trading standards were excellent and phoned them on my behalf . Of course the manager pleaded that it was just a staff error and would now honour the voucher. The place itself was lovely and food good but Id never go back due to how rude they were . You would also think after speaking to trading standards you would be so apologetic to mess a customer about but I was offered little in the way and had to ask for an apology. Genuinely disappointed how I was treated and the fact Fiona genuinely was happy to speak to trading standards. Its really hard to comprehend how these people get to management level with their lack of basic common sense. Id advise anyone who has similar problems with enterkine house to speak to trading standards and report enterkine house . Noteworthy details: Very poor customer service
