        Prescriptions rarely ready on time. Even when given a few days to complete, invariably items out of stock or completely missing and not noticed by staff. As pharmacist is supposed to sign off every prescription, it's very worrying these basic errors go unnoticed. I have witnessed customers complaining they've been given wrong medication or wrong dose - usually responded to with a look of utter bewilderment, which does make you wonder what "drug therapies", the staff are on.

        Only a window of 2 hours to collect prescription An absolute shambles with people told they cannot supply their order. What is happening in Kirriemuir One OLD GENTLEMAN told at 3.30 on a Friday afternoon to go back to the health centre and get a new prescription

        Open two hours a day 1400hrs to 1600hrs !! Very inconvenient for many . Not publicised on website. Poor service for people of Kirriemuir and surrounding area.
