A lovely cosy cottage, exceptionally well equipped its situated in peaceful surroundings close to Glamis and a short drive to Forfar. Sally, the owner, is so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need; from home baked bread to extra bedding for your pets Thoroughly recommend a stay here, and if you have pets its truly dog friendly!

My wife and two sons (4 & 7) stayed in Dean Cottage for 10 days in April this year, and we couldnt have been happier with the experience. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen was ample and well-appointed, and the main room was so comfortable we didnt want to leave it. The grounds around the cottage are serene and charming, with neighbors so lovely that we found ourselves hoping to encounter them every time we walked out the front door. Sally is a wonderful host/caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and went well out of her way to either get us anything we lacked or let us know how we could get it ourselves. She even called a friend at a local car hire for us, just to make sure we had wheels and could explore as we liked. Truly lovely woman, Sally. We will definitely be back for a stay whenever we can.
