I would strongly advise against using this company. You get nothing but hassle and blamed for everything that goes wrong. They also have no idea what they are talking about. Took months for them to order a phone and every week kept telling us it would be here and it never arrived, Told us that the problem with our internet was a connection in our boiler in the house, every time it went down we got blamed for switching the box off lets be honest who would willing switch their own internet off i think not. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call it always goes to voicemail and again you wait at least 48 hours for a return call if your lucky, sometimes they do not even bother to call back or acknowledge your emails. They also do not do direct debits they invoice you every month which would be fine if you knew the payment schedule and it wasn't just whenever they felt like sending you a bill. I am aware of another few people who have said the same i cannot recommend NOT using this company enough as its just not worth the hassle and they do not ever do what they say they will. Also when you leave you also get left with the equipment as they don't even bother to come and collect it either
