        I've phoned regarding an enquiry about a parcel. I was very worried as this parcel really needed to be delivered on time, and DHL had just sent a delay notice. I had just phoned DHL before who had been totally useless. The person I spoke to at JBT was very kind and did everything possible to help me with my enquiry (and the parcel was delivered on time). Very happy to have people like this on the island!
