        Messed me around. Promised TV in flat as was advertised. Arrived at the property and it was gone, told me the owner sold it and that was that. Also upon leaving I returned my keys as they asked by posting them through thier office door in Kirkwall. Only to get a phone call the next day telling me the keys had not been returned and I would need to pay a large fee to change the locks. Of course I was rather stressed and said they need to ckeck again. Took them a whole week to get back to me and say they found them as this time they checked the mail properly. Appauling company, dis-service to thier inustry.

        Enquired about a couple of properties and the response was unhelpful and unprofessional. Avoid. If you're looking to rent in Orkney, try OIPDL, adverts in the Orcadian, or adverts on the council's 'Orkney Lets' service.
