        Emma at this branch is great! We had a few parcels to ship internationally and she was very efficient but never made us feel rushed despite it being relatively busy when we arrived. The location was clean and the price for shipping was very affordable. Very kind and knowledgeable staff.

        Kirkwall Post Office staff are nice. Go to far with the stand back in the que though. They have protective glass and masks on and everyone washes their hands on entering. Relax a little please. With compliments and warm wishes to all the staff. Your doing an excellent job well done :)

        I'm a frequent eBayer and use Kirkwall PO for sending and collecting parcels. The staff in both the PO and the Sorting Office are exceptionally nice, efficient and give good advice on products.
