I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Deyanov as my dentist in Kirkwall for the last two years or so and I trust his work and advice completely. We first met at an out of hours emergency surgery, where Dr. Nick performed a temporary filling. The appointment was only necessary due to being let down by another local dentist who chose to ignore the seriousness of my agonising toothache. He has gone on to do root canal treatment followed by a crown on said tooth and all of his work has been exemplary. I have since had check-ups, polishing and cleaning, a cap on one tooth and am delighted with the professional, friendly service and advice I have received. Dr. Nick always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides invaluable advice on how best to look after my teeth. The staff at the surgery are always warm and welcoming and, more often than not, can arrange appointments around my work which is a massive bonus. I'm never left months on end without an appointment! Superb service!

I was recommended to visit Dr Nick after the practice I was registered with decided to replace the filling in the wrong tooth after I had broken it, this led to problems as the filling started to collapse into the tooth & I knew it was completely repairable. Dr Nick was brilliant, he performed a root canal & fitted an inlay saving my tooth & I'm very happy I shall register onto a dental plan with him. Very welcoming staff.
