Leaving this poor review not just because we had to wait 35 mins today ( with a very stressed cat in a very busy waiting room full of dogs despite making the first afternoon appt ) - but because it happens every single time we come out that we wait minimum 30 mins - I always purchase her prescription diet food while waiting ( to save time ) and for some strange reason the receptionist always then marks as down as already seen despite me asking at least once sometimes twice. You will see from her records that Maisie is a very stressed cat who has in past suffered stones and had to have medical procedure. For this reason we always ask for an appt at start and always ask at reception how long especially if busy with lots dogs and always told ( quite dismissively actually) that it will only b a few mins and each time it never is ! I appreciate that you can b very busy and there can b emergencies however every visit I have waited has been result of reception errors. I briefly mentioned to vet today but did not want to speak to the staff involved as that of course would cause my cat even more stress having waited so long just to have a 5 min appt.
