I joined Pilates Scotland for their online classes in the fall of 2020. A friend whos an excellent runner told me about them, so I figured the workouts would complement my running. It didnt take long before I could feel that I had greater pelvic stability when I ran, which is something Ive struggled with for a long time. What I didnt expect was how much stronger Pilates would make me! I went back to the gym this week, after stopping last year because of Covid. I assumed that I would have lost strength after such a long absence, but weights that used to be a challenge are easy now! Best of all, I actually look forward to the sessions. Christine, Anna, Stephanie and Giuseppe are all terrific instructors, so I know Ill enjoy whatever class I take. Ive made Pilates part of my daily routine, and I believe its the best thing you can do for overall strength and mobility. Thank you, Pilates Scotland!

Joining Pilates Scotland was a brilliant decision! Having never done it before, I had a lesson at home (pre-lockdown) first and Christine really put me at ease. Classes are motivating and well paced. The online community and classes are a wealth of information and support with a wide variety of classes for all levels. You will not regret making this investment in yourself. It works wonders for your physical and mental health!
