        *** One of, if not THE best practice I have ever visited, both as a patient and at a professional level. Starting from a most lovely, helpful and approachable receptionist (Pauline - thank you!! :-)), to extremely committed GPs, I had nothing but the BEST experience! Knowing the pressure put on health professionals and sometimes unbelievable rudeness that some patients are keen to express, I truly admire every member of the Almond Group Medical Practice, both branches!! Thank you for your wonderful service and wishing you the best in everything! ***

        This is the best surgery in West Lothian by far . All Staff are very nice and always try their best to accommodate you . Always fairly easy to get through to by phone. I see people complaining well they should go stay areas where there really is something to complain about it.
