Just sat on the phone to a crying friend twice this evening! Firstly she was stranded alone and cold in a vulnerable area, so after she book a taxi with this company, she managed to get a better offer to keep her safe by a friend, and when phoning up to cancel with the driver he absolutely berated her! I can understand its their livelihood and its frustrating, but considering the circumstances that she tried to explain and was going to offer to still pay he just kept going at her, disgusting attitude. Im just happy she didnt actually need to get into a taxi with this man and judging by the reviews a lot of people should stay away
