        i have taken these guys to a tribunal and won - they still refuse to do anything and pay me back the money they owe me and the tenants they are meant to serve. Completely incompetent - AVOID AVOID AVOID Taking these guys to a second tribunal for a separate case after leaving them. I will win. Absolute pathetic excuse for a company. HA THEY ARE DEED!!

        Dreadful company. Never do any work to repair the building. They've now been struck off after multiple people have taken them to the first tier tribunal and the Scottish government has removed them from the property factor register. They false bill, don't carry out work and are a disgrace. Their director should never be allowed to operate again. Shame on you!

        Myself and other owners had to take Apex to the property chamber as they tried to forcefully become our factors the way they do business is terrible and they can't provide you with the decency of an email or call back. Stay as far away from them as possible there is a great reason why they are losing their licence for property factoring. If i could give a Zero i would!!!!!!!!!

        Abysmal service. Avoid allowing this company having anything to do with maintaining your property . They get a one star rating purely for the fact that there is no option for zero.
