        Notice on the door at Scotmid says the Post Office is open when we are. On web site shows the Post Office is open untill 2200hrs . Went in at 1800hrs to pick up parcel - sorry you need to come in for parcel before 1730 hrs .......very misleading and disappointing

        Staff dont know how to work the post office machine & is frequently closed due to no staff being able to use it when signs say it should be open.
