The reason why Im leaving such a poor review is not because of the services provided by this particular charity but because of their staffs disgraceful actions. I work in a nearby business and my Amazon parcel consisting of two items had been delivered there by mistake. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a package that had clearly been opened already and there was no receipt either. I investigated the contents of the package in front of them only to discover that one of the items (an expensive make up product) was missing. The two women at the reception insisted that this was all they received and that they hadnt taken anything, despite Amazon saying that they had delivered the two item at the shop. I took a picture of the carton cover of the parcel which said that it weighed 0.3kg. Later on, I asked Amazon to redeliver the same order to me (literally the same two products) to my home. They did this and I saw that the new parcel also weighted the identical 0.3kg. This just confirmed my suspicions that someone from the staff in that shop has stolen the make up product. I think this is highly disappointing to happen in general in even more so when dealing with a charity that is supposed to embody the concept of community trust and altruism.
