        Totally inefficiency, reminders sent for bills already paid, despite having emails to confirm payment received. Twice theyve failed to set up the Direct Debit Ive requested, staff are rude and defensive when called, can never get the factoring officer on the phone, always goes to voicemail

        Was over on Thursday to pay a bill arrived at 12 30 after getting lost was told by the lady in the office I was to late she was sitting at desk anyway bad bad customer service
