Excellent coaching, with a proper plan for the class. 6 Classes a day and opportunity to use open gym as well.
The gym is well equipped with all the necessary weight lifting equipment as well as rowers, assault bikes and ski ergs.
The community is fantastic. Classes are always enjoyable and everyone is always happy to chat.
The focus is always on promoting a healthy lifestyle. There is no intimidation or embarrassment if you are new or struggle.
Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness.
